Slice two store-bought or self-produced baguettes into slices, slightly at an angle to create oblong slices (you can use less, depending on how much you want to make)
coat the slices on each side with some olive oil using a brush
Optionally sprinkle some sea salt on one side
Place the coated bread slices on a tray and grill them in the top part of your oven first 4 minutes on one side and then turn and another two minutes the other side. Check on color!
